MINI GOLF IN AND AROUND CALGARY

There are several places to head out to enjoy a round of mini-golf in and around Calgary.

1. Winsport (C.O.P. Canada Olympic Park) – NW Calgary. A family favorite. There are some challenging holes as this course is built onto the side of the hill.  A beautiful spot tucked into the trees. 

Reservations are highly recommended. 

The course incorporates stairs and bridges which may be challenging for some individuals.

2. Stone Creek Adventure Golf – Country Hills Blvd (on the east side of Deerfoot at 999 Country Hills Blvd NE) – NE Calgary.  Another family favorite, it is also well treed.  A lot of water and vintage decor add to the atmosphere at this 18 hole course. Picnic tables and cafeteria style snacks.

There is also a driving range at this location.

APRIL 2024 CALGARY AND REGION REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORTS

Sales are still higher than usual for April. The increase in sales came from more affordable, high-density products. Sales in detached homes were the same as last year.

Inventory remains low. Consequently, prices continued to rise.

Lower-priced homes saw a 29% decline in supply, while higher-priced properties experienced growth in listings. This shift is attributed to high-interest rates, which are prompting demand for affordable homes and increasing listings for higher-priced ones.
