📈 Inventory is up 70% over this time last year, mostly due to new listings on the market especially in the Condo and Townhouse market. Although January saw much higher levels compared to the last few years, the levels are still below a typical January in Calgary.
📈 Sales were down slightly, but still 30% higher than a typical January.
📈 Average prices were up slightly and lending rates have come down slightly.
