Home Evaluation

Find the Value of Your Home on the Real Estate Market With the Click of a Mouse!

Welcome to my online Home Evaluation system. The answers to your home-selling questions are just a click away! Let me help you find the value of your home. By running a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), I'll find the value of your property on the current real estate market.

Through the Comparative Market Analysis, I can evaluate the prices of properties similar to yours that have recently sold in your area. This analysis will give you a better idea of your property's market value, one of the first - and essential! - steps as you prepare to sell your home. All it takes is a few quick minutes to complete and submit the form below. Then let my system do the work for you! I'll contact you as soon as I have the results.

Selling

I will work for you every step of the way! My combination of skill, experience, and technology ensures that I can sell your home for the highest possible price and in the shortest period of time. I have the tools to meet the demands of a highly competitive, modern market.

My Unique Automated Internet Marketing System Online Presence: Available 24 hours a day!

My online marketing system allows me to make information accessible 24-hours a day, and to respond immediately and directly to each and every prospective buyer. From my website, prospective buyers can get information immediately about your home. They can access my site 24 hours a day and view your property listing! Through my Personal Home Search, your listing will be sent by e-mail to every prospective buyer in my database, where your home meets their criteria. Plus it will be e-mailed automatically to future prospective buyers as well.

Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS® books. I also regularly publish in magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

Pricing Your Home

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value.

Every Step Of The Way...

Remember, I will be working for you every step of the way to make sure that you get the highest possible price for your home in the shortest period of time.

Moving checklist to help you stay organized throughout the moving process:

Two Months Before Moving:

  •    Research moving companies or rental trucks. Decide on a DIY move, Hybrid, or Full Service.
  •    Get estimates from moving companies.
  •    Start collecting moving supplies such as boxes, tape, and packing materials.
  •    Create a moving binder or folder to keep all your moving-related documents together.
  •    Begin decluttering your home by sorting through belongings and deciding what to keep, donate, or discard.

 Six Weeks Before Moving:

  •    Book the moving company.
  •    Start packing items you don't use frequently, such as off-season clothes and decorations.
  •    Label each box with its contents and the room it belongs in.
  •    Arrange for any necessary services to be set up at your new home (utilities, internet, etc.).
  •    If you're moving long-distance, make travel arrangements for yourself and any pets.

 Four Weeks Before Moving:

  •    Confirm the details with your chosen moving company or finalize your rental truck reservation.
  •    Notify relevant parties of your change of address, including banks, subscriptions, and any government agencies.
  •    Schedule a date to disconnect utilities at your current home and connect them at your new home.
  •    Continue packing, focusing on items you use less frequently.

 Two Weeks Before Moving:

  •    Arrange for any necessary time off work for moving day.
  •    Pack a suitcase with essential items you'll need during the first few days in your new home.
  •    Confirm the details with your moving company or rental truck provider.
  •    Return any borrowed items and pick up items you've lent out (long distance move).
  •    Dispose of any hazardous materials that cannot be transported unless you plan to transport these yourself.

 One Week Before Moving:

  •   Confirm the details of your move with your moving company or rental truck provider.
  •   Finish packing, making sure all boxes are properly labeled.
  •   Set aside important documents and valuables to transport personally.
  •   Clean your current home thoroughly.

 Moving Day:

  •   Pack a separate box with cleaning supplies for your new home.
  •   Conduct a final walkthrough of your current home to ensure nothing is left behind.
  •   Supervise the movers or oversee the loading of your rental truck. Movers will expect you to direct traffic the entire time they are unloading (but they are typically fast).
  •   Take meter readings and photos of your old and new home for reference.
  •   Lock up your old home and keep important documents and valuables with you during the move.

 After Moving:

  •    Unpack essential items first, such as bedding, toiletries, and kitchen essentials (set up beds first).
  •    Begin unpacking and organizing room by room.
  •    Update your address with the post office, banks, and other important institutions.
  •    Settle any outstanding bills or payments related to your old home.
  •    Enjoy your new home!
